FINE ART AT THE VILLAGE OUTDOOR ART FAIR
CELEBRATES 18 YEARS!

Rochester Hills, MI - July 28, 2022 – The Village of Rochester Hills, Detroit’s premier outdoor shopping and lifestyle destination, will be transformed into an outdoor art gallery during the 18th annual Fine Art at The Village Art Fair Saturday, July 30 and Sunday, July 31, 2022.

The art fair, curated by the owners of the Village Fine Art Gallery located in The Village of Rochester Hills will be hosted by The Village and sponsored by the Creative Arts Council, a non-profit art group. This two-day event will host 72 artists from across the United States, with over 40 from Michigan. Artwork in all facets will be featured including ceramics, glass, paintings, drawings, multi-media, sculpture, photography, fiber art, wood, jewelry and more.

The Village Main Street will be closed to feature the artists’ booths, outdoor dining options, and much more. Free and easy access parking is available throughout The Village shopping center. The layout of the event makes for a spacious, attractive, and flowing route for art fair patrons.

“Combined with the variety of shops and restaurants The Village of Rochester Hills has to offer, we believe the beautiful and relaxed atmosphere at The Village is the perfect setting to view artwork of this caliber and to meet artists from all over the country,” stated Donna Beaubien, Executive Director of the festival. “We encourage our guests to express themselves, even the youngest ones and that’s why we have something for everyone here.”

Barnes & Noble will be hosting a coloring contest for ages 5 and up. Coloring pages can be picked up at Barnes & Noble, located at 200 N. Adams Road, July 7 thru July 23.
