OPC membership is available at no charge to all residents 50+ of Rochester, Rochester Hills and Oakland Township. Registration forms are available at OPC or online at opcseniorcenter.org. You must register in person as proof of residency is required. The OPC is located at 650 Letica Drive, Rochester.


OPC 650 Players Fall Show – School Daze

November 1 & 2 | 12-3:00pm

Live Luncheon Variety Shows reminiscing about all of your favorite school memories! $15 ticket includes show, lunch & dessert. Reserved seating for parties of 8 or more. Oakland County Veterans Services Veterans Resource Fair at OPC

November 3 | 9am to 12pm

Oakland County Veterans Service representatives will be on hand to serve Oakland County veterans and their families with free resources. Free food boxes, $50 Meijer gift cards, free hair cuts and more! This free event is open to all Oakland County veterans (must have Honorable Release from Duty or Proof of Service & Residence). OPC Artisan Market

November 12 | 9am to 3pm

The OPC’s Artisan Holiday Market will have over 75 vendors on-hand selling their unique, handcrafted items, perfect for holiday gift giving. Specialty arts and crafts including custom jewelry, pottery, artisan cards, Christmas décor and more. $2 entry fee at the door supports OPC’s Arts & Enrichment programming. Gobble Wobble Line Dance Party

November 19 | 1pm to 3pm

Caring & Sharing Loss Support Group

November 4 & 18 | 11am to Noon – Continued Support

Participating in a grief support group can be a healthy step in the healing process. Meet others who are dealing with similar losses and gain a better understanding of the grief process. Alzheimer’s/Dementia Caregivers Group

Parkinson's Care Partner Group

This group provides an opportunity for those who are caring for their loved one to come together for support, sharing and time to talk with others who are also living with Parkinson’s. Call facilitator: (248) 568-3549.


Parkinson's Support Group

November 2 | 5:30pm to 7:30pm

ABOUT THE OLDER PERSONS' COMMISSION (OPC)

The Older Persons' Commission (OPC) provides something for everyone 50+ with a wide array of personal enrichment, fitness, aquatic, social and travel offerings. We also offer supportive senior services such as Meals on Wheels, Adult Day Service, Transportation and more. Residents 50+ of the City of Rochester Hills, City of Rochester and Charter Township of Oakland are automatically members of the 90,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility.
