Welcome to Senior Night!

Girls Swim and Dive Stands Together!

Michigan Bagpiper Donald Ross and the 2021 Adams Girls Swim and Dive Team!

Senior & Captain Alexa Brown's advice is to put in your all every day at practice and every meet because, in the end, it is so worth it to see everything you have accomplished. Cherish every moment with teammates because it truly does fly by.

A favorite memory was winning leagues freshman and sophomore years and jumping in the pool as a team to celebrate! Alexa plans to study Biology and French and pursue a career in medicine. Congratulations Alexa!

Senior Trisha Divecha's advice is always to have fun, even if the sets are hard!

Trisha's favorite memories are the scavenger hunt in downtown Rochester and Coach Tim's version of various songs. Trisha hopes to attend the University of Michigan! Congratulations Trisha!

Senior & Captain Simone Fletcher's advice is that time passes quickly; enjoy everything while it lasts! All of the little things are what make it worthwhile.

Favorite memories were when Coach Tim made the "Simone" song freshman year, and the whole team would break out into song and Coach Tim's love of Crumble Cookies! Simone plans to attend college. Congratulations Simone!

Senior Katie Lohner's advice is, "Do not become a distance swimmer!" During her sophomore year at leagues, a favorite memory was when Yitian fell off the block during awards and Coach Tim's attempts to motivate distance swimmers while we were quite literally dying!

Katie hopes to attend the University of Toledo to continue her athletic and academic career studying marketing and international business.

Senior & Captain Gemma Ugorowski's advice is to take everything one day at a time. It will help you to stay focused and not get overwhelmed. Also, when things get difficult, focus on the end goal. All your hard work will pay off in the end!

A favorite memory was going to the Danko beach house and the state meet last year where we got runner up, and I placed 8th in the 100 breaststroke, and Coach Tim's laugh!!! Gemma plans to study business.

Senior & Captain Lauren Woodman's favorite memory came during her junior year when covid was rampant, heading to lifetime at 5am with other girls and racing "old men" for a lane. Lauren will also miss cracking jokes with Coach Tim, listening to his impressive singing, and being chosen for "get-out-of-practice" swims. Lauren plans to study medical laboratory science.

Senior Ava Ryan-Young's advice is that nothing is more important than your mental health. The moment you begin struggling, everything around you, including your physical health, becomes worse. There is no shame in seeking help where you need it.

A favorite memory was telling Coach Tim he should be "Regina George's mom" for Halloween and him saying, "Who's that?!" Since Ava is graduating high school a semester early, she will take time off to work and relax. Next fall, Ava plans to study data analytics, most likely at Wayne State.
